The Gather 2026 - President’s Treat was organized as a fellowship and appreciation event for the members of the Rotaract Club of Kandy following the successful completion of several club projects and initiatives conducted throughout the year. The event aimed to provide members with an opportunity to relax, celebrate their collective hard work, and strengthen fellowship through an enjoyable evening filled with food, entertainment, and meaningful interactions. Held on 10th May 2026 from 3.00 PM onwards at Kandyan Grand Mount, the gathering brought together club members in a warm and welcoming atmosphere centered around a special BBQ evening. The event encouraged members to take a break from their demanding schedules and enjoy quality time together while building stronger personal and professional relationships within the club. Branded as “The Gather - President’s Treat,” the fellowship evening focused on appreciating the dedication, commitment, and contributions of members throughout the Rotaract year. The project’s central objective was to to provide members with a relaxing and enjoyable fellowship experience. To appreciate the hard work and contributions of club members. To strengthen friendships and teamwork among members. To improve member interaction outside formal project environments. To strengthen member retention and active participation within the club. To build stronger relationships and fellowship culture among members. To encourage better teamwork and collaboration in future projects.
