The Past Presidents’ Meeting 2025-26 was organized as a special fellowship and review session bringing together the Past Presidents of the Rotaract Club of Kandy alongside the current Board of Directors andmembers. Conducted in conjunction with the May month General Meeting prior to the 40th Charter Celebration, the meeting aimed to strengthen intergenerational fellowship, preserve institutional knowledge, and provide guidance for the future direction of the club. As part of the session, the current Executive Board including the President, Secretary, Treasurer, Avenue Directors, and board members presented a comprehensive overview of the club’s achievements, projects, administrative progress, challenges, and overall performance during the Rotaract year. These presentations created an opportunity for the current leadership to reflect on their journey while receiving constructive feedback and recommendations from former leaders of the club. The project’s central objective was to to conduct the annual Past Presidents’ Meeting of the club. To present the yearly progress and achievements of the current board. To receive feedback, suggestions, and guidance from Past Presidents. To strengthen fellowship between alumni and active members. To preserve institutional knowledge and club traditions. To strengthen alumni engagement and mentorship opportunities. To inspire future leaders through past leadership experiences. To ensure sustainable organizational growth and continuity.
