The dawn of a new Rotary International Year is more than a date change. It is the time that we drive ourselves with new hopes, excitement, and commitment to find “Fellowship through Service” and this is where we start: ‘Goals.’ ‘Goals’ is the first project for the RI Year that the Rotaract Club of Kandy has initiated to lay the plan for the upcoming year. For the RI Year 2025-26 we’ve kept our first step where we’ve mapped the year ahead, delegated our paths, and prepared ourselves for greater purposes and new versions of us. We unify as a proud Rotaract Club, under the guiding leadership of Rtn. Rtr. Jameema Rafaideen, stepped into the new year by igniting the furnace with our core values: Purpose, Passion, and Impact. On the 6th of July at the Kandy Club, Rotaract Club of Kandy kept its first step into the RI Year 2025-26 after months and months of discussions with the newly appointed board of directors, including all avenue directors, the treasurer, secretary, sergeant-at-arms, and vice presidents to establish the five pillars for the upcoming year.
