The 4th Rotaract District Council Meeting (DCM) of Rotary International District 3220 for the year 2025–26 was successfully held on 19th October 2025 at NIBM Kandy, jointly hosted by the Rotaract Clubs of Kandy, Katugasthota, and NIBM Kandy.This month’s District Council meeting was conducted during the District Upcountry Visit, making it one of the most vibrant and well-attended council meetings of the year. The event recorded 100+ Presidents, Secretaries, and district representatives demonstratingstrong unity and participation within the movement. The October District Council Meeting served as a vital administrative platform where club leaders gathered to review progress, share updates, and align with the district’s strategic direction. Further more it provided club leaders to review progress, share updates, and align with the district’s goals. The project’s central objective was to to review club progress and performance by providing a structured platform for club leaders to share updates and align with district goals. To strengthen administrative coordination through discussions on financial accountability, project reporting, district policies, and upcoming district initiatives. To facilitate knowledge sharing and communication between district officials and participating clubs through presentations and an open forum. To recognize and appreciate club contributions in punctuality, professionalism, and support during district visits and collaborative activities. To enhance inter-club collaboration by jointly organizing a well-structured District Council Meeting alongside the Upcountry Visit. To demonstrate effective event management and leadership through coordinated planning, logistics, and execution among multiple host clubs. To promote Rotaract spirit and fellowship by fostering unity and teamwork among a diverse group ofRotaractors participating in the event.
